Court Filing Fees, Process Server Fees, and Court Runner fees are not included (Cost Ranges from $150 - $250)
Eviction Notice: Before filing an Eviction with the court, you must provide the tenant with an Eviction Notice. If you've already prepared and delivered the Eviction Notice to your tenant, we'll review the notice and how it was served and let you know if any changes are needed. If the Eviction Notice or serving needs to be redone, we'll gladly prepare a new Eviction Notice for you. We can also arrange for someone to serve the notice on your behalf for an additional fee (ranging from $50–$80).
If your case is resolved before the initial hearing, you will receive a $100 refund.
This is an attorney service.
Eviction Trial Representation
If your tenant contests the eviction, this service covers the legal fees for an attorney to represent you at trial. This includes:
Preparing exhibits, arguments, and motions for the court hearing
Preparing you and relevant witnesses for direct and cross-examination at trial.
Presenting your case to the judge.
This service is optional and is charged the day before trial begins. We only provide trial representation for cases that our firm has handled from the start.

Eviction Writ of Restitution Services
If you win your judgment but the tenant does not move out by the required date, we can draft and file a writ of restitution to order the constable to remove them.
The Writ of Restitution Service fee includes

Post-Judgment Payment Plan Agreement
$150
After you win a judgment, you may wish to negotiate with your tenant to stay on the property, leave the property earlier, or enter a payment plan for the amount owed.
For a flat fee of $150.00, we will create a custom post-judgment agreement or payment plan to meet your needs.
This service is optional and charged only if you request JusticeDirect Law Firm to create a payment plan.
Attorney Phone Consultation
$150 / half hour
JusticeDirect Law Firm offers 30-minute phone consultations to assist landlords with their eviction matters.
The 30-minute phone consultation is $150.00 and any conversation that goes over the 30-minute allotment will be billed an additional $75.00 after every 15 minute increment.
