Claudia holds a Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.

Prior to People Clerk, she worked at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida for a criminal court judge, handled immigration matters, and worked at the CPR Institute.
